To log in to the databases:
The login request will appear as a dialog box (shown below) when accessing a database, material in an electronic database, e-books, or other digital resources.
You will need to enter your SC4 email address and password. Once logged in, you will be able to access all of SC4's digital resources.
Having trouble logging in the library databases?
Are you using the correct username/password combination?
Be sure to enter your entire SC4 email address (Use the @sc4.edu or @student.sc4.edu part.)
If you've lost or forgotten your SC4 Portal/mail password, reset your password at https://sc4.edu/password-reset.
Are you a current student or employee?
Only current students, staff, and faculty may access SC4 digital resources from off campus. If you are a student and are not currently registered for any classes, your access is suspended until your next registered term.
Cookie and/or Cache Issue
Sometimes the cache/cookies can cause access issues. If you are having trouble accessing electronic library resources, try clearing the cache and cookies.

Browser History or Saved Password Issue
Some browsers will store the library’s password - if you can access the SC4 Portal and continue having difficulty logging in to the SC4 library website, clear the browser history.
If you have recently changed your SC4 Portal password, the old password may still be saved in your browser. Check saved passwords for the website: sc4.idm.oclc.org.

- Internet Explorer Tools > Internet Options > Content > Auto Complete > Settings > Manage Passwords
